Sukunka North Wind Project

The proposed Project is located on provincial Crown land approximately 10 km south of Chetwynd and 2.5 km north of the existing operational Sukunka Wind Energy Project. The initial plan for the project consists of up to 10 wind turbines, each with an installed capacity of 7 MW.
Paqt’smawei Sipu Wind Project

The Paqt’smawei Sipu Wind Project is a proposed 105 MW wind energy development southeast of Springdale, NB, built in phases with up to 27 turbines.
Salmon River Wind Project

The Salmon River Wind Project is proposed to be located approximately 9 km southwest of Hammondvale on provincial Crown land. The Project would consist of up to 34 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of approximately 203 megawatts (MW).
Glenfanning Wind Project

The Project is being developed by a partnership between Lennox Island First Nation and Natural Forces. The Project is proposed to be located within the municipality of the Town of Three Rivers, Prince Edward Island, approximately 2.5 km south of the community of Glenfanning and 1.5 km north of Cardigan North. The Project will have an installed capacity of up to approximately 35 megawatts (MW), representing four to five wind turbines.
Kci-Wocawson Energy Project

The proposed Kci-Wocawson Energy Project (the “Project”) is being developed and will be owned in partnership by Tobique First Nation (Neqotkuk) and Natural Forces Developments. The proposed Project is located in Kings County, New Brunswick, approximately 20 kilometers east of the Town of Sussex.
The proposed Project consists of up to 12 wind turbine generators capable of producing a total of approximately 50 MW of renewable energy. The proposed turbines have a tower height and blade length of approximately 130 m and 70 m, respectively. The proposed Project will consist of wind turbines, a substation, collection system, access roads, and transmission line.
Wejipek Wind Project

Welcome to the website for the proposed Wejipek Wind Project! This website was created to provide information to community members, First Nations, government, and other stakeholders about the proposed project. Natural Forces is committed to meeting with stakeholders throughout the lifetime of the project. Open houses and other community engagement activities are planned for this project – the website will be updated as information becomes available.
Westchester Wind Project

The initial plans are for the proposed project to consist of an estimated 10-12 wind turbines that will have an installed capacity of approximately 50 MW, enough electricity to power over 17,000 Nova Scotian homes. The project is located in Cumberland County, on Westchester Mountain near Highway 104, approximately 24 km from the Cobequid Pass Tolls.
Clydesdale Ridge Wind Project

This project is located in Mi’kmaki, the ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq. Natural Forces acknowledges that working on these lands is a privilege that comes with a great deal of responsibility. We believe that private companies have an important role to play in the decolonization of the energy sector and, ultimately, the path towards reconciliation through partnerships and meaningful engagement. To honour and achieve this, we must look forward for generations and integrate the practices and knowledge of the original land stewards, the Mi’kmaq, into project planning.
Benjamins Mill Wind Project Future Phases

The proposed Benjamins Mill Wind Project is being developed by a partnership formed between Natural Forces and Wskijnu’k Mtmo’taqnuow Agency Ltd (the Agency), a corporate body wholly owned by the 13 Mi’kmaw bands in Nova Scotia. Together, the partnership will develop, construct, operate, and own the project. The project is located in the West Hants Regional Municipality in Hants County, 14 km southwest of Windsor.
Aulds Mountain III Wind Project

The proposed project will have an installed capacity of up to 50 MW. This represents up to 12 turbines that and could collectively power an estimated 17,000 homes. The project is located in the Pictou County in Piedmont, about 23km east of New Glasgow.
